Review the Commercial Areas Draft Plan
As part of the ongoing process, a Draft Plan has been prepared for the Ambleside Commercial Areas, informed by findings from engagement in Fall 2024.
On January 13, 2025, staff were directed by Council to publish the Draft Plan for community input, engage with the Ambleside and Dundarave Business Improvement Association (ADBIA) and Ambleside Dundarave Residents Association (ADRA), meet with the Planning Committee, and report back in the second quarter of 2025 with a proposed Ambleside Commercial Areas LAP for Council's consideration.
